Welcome to K-State Photo Services.

Photo Services is undergoing some changes. Beginning Feb. 15 K-State Photo Services will provide free photo sessions and digital images to be used on the university's Web sites and in other media in addition to our traditional role of providing photography in support of the university's academic and research mission. Turnaround time and scheduling will be determined by university priorities but, workload allowing, images should be available within two business days.

There will still be a charge for jobs scheduled outside normal business hours Monday - Friday 8 a.m. through 5 p.m. And clients will still cover travel and logistical fees (flight time for aerial assignements, etc.). While digital images are free, there will be a small lab fee for prints.

We're working to make things more efficient for the university community. With our transition on Feb. 15, Photo Services will offer images exclusively using our fulfillment Web site, http://ksuphoto.zenfolio.com. Additionally, we're working to make it easier to schedule a job via a form on our Web site.

We're also adding free walk-in portrait sessions for faculty and staff twice a month. Upcoming dates will be listed on this page.

Our Web site here at http://www.ksu.edu/photo will be changing some too. Check back as we'll be updating the site to support our new role. We'll be adding a section to walk you through using the self-service fulfillment site. We'll also be updating the dates of walk-in portrait sessions here.

We want to help K-State tell the world about our successes and our aspirations through great pictures.
